前言
本标准根据四川省住房和城乡建设厅《关于下达工程建设地
方标准计划的通知》(川建标发〔2021〕162号)的要求,由四川
能投润嘉置业有限公司和成都环融物业服务有限公司会同有关单
位共同编制完成。
标准编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关
国际和国内先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定本标准。
本标准共分6章,主要内容包括:总则;术语;基本规定;
服务要求;专项服务;评价与改进。
本标准由四川省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,由四川能投
润嘉置业有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有
