Volunteeractivity,physicalandpsychological(30%ofenergeticconsumption);

Dynamicaction,whichisspecificforeachalimentseparately(10%ofenergeticconsumption);

Dailycaloricnecessaryisgenerallyhigherinyoungthanintheelderly,menthaninwomenanddependsonyouridealweight,physicalactivityandphysiologicalstatesmentioned.
