中考连词的用法

一、并列连词
and“和”，“那么”
常用结构：祈使句+逗号+and+一般将来时
Thinkitover,andyou’llworkitout.
or“或者”，”否则“
常用结构：祈使句+逗号+or+一般将来时

but“但是“，不能和though同时出现
so”所以“，不能和because同时出现5.”不仅......而且 ”有以下三种表达方式

二、从属连词
that连接宾语从句，在从句中不作任何成分，无意义，可省略。Iknow(that）Englishisveryimportant.
if/whether“是否”，连接宾语从句Heaskedif/whetherIcouldwin.
though/although“虽然”，表示转折关系，连接让步状语从句，不能与but同时出现
Hewasstillworkingthoughitwaslate.
because“因为”,表示因果关系，连接原因状语从句。Istayedathomebecauseitwasraining.
if“如果”，unless“除非”,表示假设，连接条件状语从句。
Iwillgototheparkifitdoesn’train.=Ifitdoesn’train,Iwillgotothepark.Youwon’tmakeprogressinEnglishunlessyouworkhard.
=Ifyoudon’tworkhard,youwon’tmakeprogressinEnglish.
when,while,as“当”，连接时间状语从句。WhenIgrowup,Iwanttobeateacher.
When/AsIwaswalkinginthestreet,ImetmyEnglishteacher.Myfatherwasreadingnewspaperwhilemymotherwascooking.
before“之前”，after“之后”,连接时间状语从句。Thefilmhadalreadybegunbeforetheygottothecinema.IturnedonTVafterIgothome.
assoonas“一.......就......”,连接时间状语从句
IwillwritetoyouassoonasIgetthere.
Hewenttobedassoonashefinishedhishomework.
until“直到”，连接时间状语从句Heworkeduntil12o’clock.
Ididn’tleaveuntilhecame.
常考的句型转换：TomknewthetruthafterMarytoldhim.
=Tomdidn’tknowthetruthuntilMarytoldhim.
so+形容词、副词原级+that...“如此......以至于......”,表示结果，连接结果状语从句。
Thesituationwassofunnythateverybodylaughed.
常考的句型转换：
so...that+肯定句=...enoughto+动词原形so...that+否定句=too...to+动词原形
