浅谈远洋船舶的保养

[摘要]海洋中钢制船舶的腐蚀是不可避免的，但其腐蚀的速度是可以控制的。因此船舶的保养工作直接关乎船舶安全生产，船舶的油漆保养是船舶保养的主要内容之一，对延长船舶和设备的使用寿命，保持良好的船舶容船貌起到关键作用，也是船舶是否能顺利通过港口国检查和船旗国检查的要素之一。因此本文结合自己大学所学知识，基于自身的航海实践，对远洋船舶使用油漆进行船舶保养作业进行系统的分析。首先在概述实习船舶的基本情况后，总结整理出船舶容易出现腐蚀严重的部位，提高保养针对性；然后对油漆保养作业操作进行了全面阐述，旨在为准海员了解油漆保养的整个过程；最后详尽地整理了油漆保养作业过程中可能出现的问题以及对策，并给出了具体的注意事项，为远洋船舶船员进行油漆保养时提供参考。

[Abstract]Corrosionofsteelvesselsintheoceanisunavoidable,buttherateofcorrosioniscontrollable.Therefore,themaintenanceofvesselsisdirectlyrelatedtothesafeproductionofthevessel.Thepaintmaintenanceofvesselsisoneofthemaincontentsofthatmaintenance.Itplaysakeyroleinprolongingtheservicelifeoftheshipandequipment,maintainingagoodshipappearance.Also,itisoneoftheelementsofwhetherashipcansuccessfullypasstheportstateinspectionandtheflagstateinspection.Therefore,basedontheknowledgelearnedintheuniversityandmyselfnavigationpractice,thispapersystematicallyanalyzesthepaintmaintenanceoperationsofoceanvessel.Firstly,afterintroducingthebasicsituationoftheinternshipship,itsummarizesthepartsofthevesselthatarepronetocorrosivenessinordertoimprovethemaintenanceaccurately.Then,theoperationofthepaintmaintenanceisfullyexplained,aimingatunderstandingthewholeprocessofpaintmaintenanceforthequasi-seafarers.Atlast,detailedproblemsandcountermeasuresduringthepaintmaintenanceoperationaresortedout,andspecificprecautionsaregiventoprovidereferenceforthepaintmaintenanceoftheoceanship.
