摘要:人是企业发展的第一因素,作为连锁的经营管理者,在实践中起着重要的作用;连锁经营已经成为我国商业企业经营的主要模式之一,一个门店经营的成功与否很大程度上取决于其店长的能力,现代连锁店的门店店长作为门店的最高负责人与管理者要提高自身素质,树立第三种门店品牌;论述了门店店长在门店中的重要性,以及成功的店长应具备的基本素质、专业素质、特质性素质,并提出了现代店长在工作中应杜绝的不良倾向,以及树立门店店长形象的方法。
