Inordertofulfilinternationalprojects,aswellastofurthertheinternationalexchangeinthefieldof

highwaytechnologyandstandardization,theEnglisheditionoftheprevailingChinesestandardsof

highwayconstructioniscompiledandtranslatedfromthecurrentChineseeditionundertheauthorization

oftheMinistryofTransportofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandwiththesponsorshipofthe

Export-ImportBankofChinaandtheChinaCommunicationConstructionCompanyLimited（CCCC）.

TheworkwaslaunchedbytheSteeringCommitteejointlychairedbyMr.LiShenglin,Ministerof

TransportandMr.LiRuogu,ChairmanoftheboardandpresidentoftheExport-ImportBankofChina.

Thecoordinationforthetranslation,compilationandotherrelevantworkswascarriedoutunderthe

leadershipofMr.ZhouJichang,ChairmanoftheboardofCCCC.TheprimaryEnglisheditionwas

providedbytheLeadingEditoroftheChineseedition.Thereview,finaleditingandoverallcompilation

wasassignedtotheChinaRoadandBridgeCorporation.

wasreviewedandcompiledbyMr.LuYan,approvedbyMr.YaoHaidong,andwaspublishedandissued

byStandardsPressofChina.
