一、概述
随着国民经济的迅速发展和电力系统容量的不断扩大,电力电网的安全运行和供电的可靠性越来越重要,而直接影响以上两个指标的是电网中性点接地方式的选择。
长期以来,我国6~66kV的配电网大多采用中性点不接地运行方式。这种运行方式,由于在单相接地时允许短时间内带故障运行,因而大大提高了供电的可靠性。然而,随着城乡电网的大规模改造,系统对地电容电流急剧增加,单相接地后流经故障点的电流增大,容易产生过电压幅值很高的间隙性弧光接地。同时,由于电磁式电压互感器铁芯饱和时容易引起谐振过电压,导致事故跳闸率明显上升。
为了解决上述问题,不少电网采用了谐振接地方式,即在中性点装设消弧线圈,当发生单相接地时,由于消弧线圈产生的感性电流补偿了故障点的电容电流,因而使故障点的残流变小,电网能够自然熄弧,防止事故扩大,消除事故隐患。运行经验表明,消弧线圈对抑制间隙性弧光过电压及电磁谐振过电压、降低线路的事故跳闸率、减少人身伤亡和设备的
