基于单片机智能稳压电源设计 摘要:随着电子科技的迅速开展,电子产品的种类与日俱增,设计的领域日益广泛,电子设备逐步应用到人们的日常生活和工作中。然而,电子设备的广泛应用,对电源的性能需求的增加,智能稳压电源的开展已逐渐成为重要的组成局部。 本设计主要介绍了基于单片机STC89C52的数字按键电压调节器,系统主要以高性能的单片机为核心,稳压软件和检测电路为根底,从而控制和调整开关电源的工作状态[1],采用按键控制初始电压和显示屏显示的数控稳压电源,能够完成以0.1v为最小调节单位的0-9.9v的任意输入电压的稳压调节。电路设计时,首先使用双12v的变压器变压,通过稳压电路中的三端稳压器LM7805C系列实现稳定的可用电压[2],采用串联型稳压电路实现系统的稳压电源具有连续调节的特点,保证各元器件的正常工作。然后按键输入初始电压,通过单片机的智能控制,既可以在LCD1062进行输出电压显示,从而设计出的产品的功能明显得到了很大的提升,也提高了稳压电源的传统的直流性能。由于其原理简单,操作方便,适用于一般用途的科学研究和教学。 关键词:单片机;稳压电源;智能控制; Design of intelligent regulated power supply based on MCU Abstract:With the rapid development of electronic technology, electronic product range growing increasingly widespread areas of design , electronic devices gradually applied to peoples daily life and work . However, the development of electronic equipment is widely used to increase the performance demands on the power supply , the intelligent power supply has become important part. This design mainly introduces the digital keys voltage regulator, based onmicro-controller STC89C52 system mainly by the high-performance single chip microcomputer as the core, the system software and the basis of the detection circuit, so as to control and adjust the working state of the switch power supply. Initial voltage control with buttons and display shows numerical control regulated power supply, able to complete with 0.1 v as the smallest adjustment unit any input voltage of0 - 9.9 v voltage regulation.Circuit design, the first to use double 12 v transformer transformer, through regulating circuit of three-terminal voltage regulator LM7805C series to achieve stable voltage are available, and adopts the series voltage regulator circuit implementation system of regulated power supply has the characteristics of continuous adjustment, ensure the normal work of the various components.
