心脏病患者的护理 摘要 主要目的：针对心脏病病人的护理干预方式，与其最终取得的效果来展开深入研究。所采取的方法：从某家医院里面选择出八十四位已经被确诊为风湿性心脏病，并保证这些病人的就诊时间是在二零一五年的七月份到二零一六年的六月份之间，然后任意分成两个不同的小组，也就是对照组以及研究组，然后每个组里面都有41位病人。唯一的区别在于对照组仅仅只使用了普通护理干预，而那些处于研究组的病人就是采取的综合护理干预。并按照这两组不同病人最终所取得的治疗效果、与其满意度来展开一个认真的分析以及对比。最后得知，对照组所取得的成效远远比不上研究组，而且对照组的死亡率相对来说比较高，其中产生的区别存在一定的统计学意义，概率低于0.05。最终得出结论：专门针对风湿性心脏病病人来使用整体护理干预方式，可以实现非常好的治疗效果，有利于病人尽快改善自己的病情，阻止它继续恶化下去，从而有效避免高死亡率，同时也促进了护理满意度的有效加强。 关键词：心脏病；患者；护理；分析  Abstract Objective to investigate the measures and effects of care for patients with heart disease. Methods from July 2015 to June 2016, 84 hospitalized patients with rheumatic heart disease in our hospital were selected as the object of study. They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random average principle, each with 41 cases. Patients in the control group received routine care, and the study group received routine care. The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results the improvement rate was significantly higher than the control group, the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the study group of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the holistic nursing measures for the patients with rheumatic heart disease can achieve significant clinical effect, and can effectively improve the condition, reduce mortality, improve the satisfaction of nursing, and is worth promoting.
