原发性高血压患者静息心率与高敏C反应蛋白、内皮素、靶器官损害的研究的论文
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between resting heart rate (RHR) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), endothelin (ET), and target organ damage in patients with primary hypertension.
Methods: A total of 168 patients with primary hypertension were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. RHR was measured by electrocardiogram, and hs-CRP and ET were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Target organ damage was assessed by echocardiography, carotid intima-media thickness, and estimated glomerular filtration rate.
Results: The mean RHR was 72.5±9.8 beats/min, and the mean hs-CRP and ET levels were 3.8±3.7 mg/L and 3.1±1.8 pg/mL, respectively. RHR was positively correlated with hs-CRP (r=0.309, P0.001) and ET (r=0.283, P0.001). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, RHR remained independently associated with hs-CRP (β=0.239, P=0.002) and ET (β=0.176, P=0.027). Furthermore, RHR was positively correlated with left ventricular mass index (r=0.277, P0.001) and carotid intima-media thickness (r=0.245, P=0.002), but not with estimated glomerular filtration rate.
Conclusion: RHR is positively correlated with hs-CRP, ET, left ventricular mass index, and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with primary hypertension. These findings suggest that RHR may be a useful marker for identifying patients with hypertension who are at increased risk of target organ damage.
