Teaching objectives: In this lesson, the students will
1. read a wellness book page
2. master the way to compare differences
3. write a page in a wellness book to describe the differences between the past and the present
4. raise the awareness of building up their body and develop good habit of working out
Difficult and focal point: Guide the students to master the way to correctly describe the health problems and ways to improve health; help the students learn how to describe changes by making comparisons and.
