PAGE 27 基于主成分分析的我国主要城市人民生活水平评价 ——以辽宁省为例 摘要 在实际应用中，为了全面地分析问题，通常要考虑众多相关变量。为了将问题简化，人们利用降维的思想，提出并形成了主成分分析. 主成分分析法是利用降维的思想，在保留原始变量尽可能多的信息的前提下把多个指标转化为几个综合指标的多元统计方法. 本文基于2018年辽宁省年鉴数据，选取影响城市综合实力的若干个指标并建立相应的评价体系，运用主成分分析的方法对辽宁省几个典型的地级城市的综合实力进行定量分析，并对它们的发展状况做一个综合评价. 同时，着重分析影响各地区经济发展的因素，提出相应的对策，为决策者提供参考依据，也为全省经济全面、协调和可持续发展提供理论基础. 关键词： 主成分分析； 城市综合实力；综合评价；主成分；水平；评价  ABSTRACT In practical applications, in order to analyze the problem in an all-round way, many related variables are usually considered. In order to simplify the problem, people use the idea of dimensionality reduction to propose and form a principal component analysis. The principal component analysis method uses the idea of reducing dimension to transform the multiple indexes into the information of the original variable as much as possible. Several multivariate statistical methods for comprehensive indicators. Based on the 2018 yearbook data of Liaoning Province, this paper selects several indexes affecting the comprehensive strength of the city and establishes the corresponding evaluation system, and uses the method of principal component analysis to make a quantitative analysis on the comprehensive strength of several typical cities in Liaoning Province, and makes a comprehensive evaluation on their development status. The factors that affect the economic development of various regions are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide the reference basis for the decision-makers, and also provide the theoretical basis for the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the provinces economy.
