吉林农业大学发展学院 毕业论文 第 PAGE 30页 共28页 序号（学号）：0405070113 吉林农业大学发展学院 毕业论文 我国企业物流外包问题研究 姓　　名 ××× 学　　院 工商管理学院 专　　业 工商管理（物流方向） 班　　级 2007级 1 班 指导教师 张东敏（讲师） 2011 年 6 月 2 日 我国企业物流外包问题研究 [摘要] 随着经济的全球化、网络化及科技进步和生产力的发展，企业面临的竞争压力加剧。要想在竞争中取胜，企业就不得不投入更多的时间和精力专注于自身擅长的领域，并开始关注与其它企业的合作与联系。物流外包作为一种充分利用有限资源、降低成本、提高企业核心竞争力的战略模式，正逐渐为企业所接受，并成为一种潮流。虽然物流外包确实能够给供需双方都带来好处，但在实践过程中，物流外包又举步维艰，如企业失去控制能力，物流服务质量降低，双方获得信息不对称等等。本文从企业实际经营需要的微观视角出发，深入研究了现阶段我国企业物流外包存在的问题，结合第三方物流发展理论，探讨了导致我国物流外包业务发展滞后的主要原因，并针对问题的原因提出了解决问题的对策和建议。 [关键词] 物流外包 核心竞争力 第三方物流 Research on Problems of Logistics Outsourcing in China [Abstract] With the progress of economic globalization, Internet and technology and the development of productive forces, enterprises are facing competitive pressures.?To win the competition, companies will have to invest more time and energy to focus on their areas of expertise, and are concerned about cooperation and linkages with other enterprises.?Logistics outsourcing as a way to make the most of limited resources, reduce costs, improve core competitiveness of enterprise strategic model, is gradually accepted by enterprises, and became a trend.?Although logistics outsourcing can bring benefits to both the supply and demand, but in practice in the course of logistics outsourcing is struggling, as enterprises lost control, logistics service quality and reduce, both access to information asymmetry, and so on.?This article from the actual business needs of micro-perspective, in-depth study on the present problems in Chinas Enterprise logistics outsourcing, combined with the theory of third party logistics development, explores causes the main reason for the delayed development of our logistics outsourcing business, and for the causes of the problems raised related countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
