PAGE PAGE III 农村养老面临的问题及对策 摘 要：目前中国正处于人口老龄化加速阶段，由于计划生育等原始因素，农村子女过少，为父母养老的压力过大。为加速当前城乡经济社会一体化发展，促进农村经济的进一步振兴和繁荣，进行农村家庭养老问题的研究，对于促进整合农村家庭养老保障体系，提高农村老年人晚年生活质量将会是极为有效的方式之一。本文在阐述农村家庭养老的概念、特点等相关理论知识的基础上，通过分析闽侯县农村家庭养老的现状，指出闽侯县农村家庭养老存在经济基础较为薄弱、传统文化观念淡薄、家庭养老功能弱化、个体养老意识淡薄等问题，并进一步从农村经济发展较弱、传统文化影响不足、社会养老保障不足、个体养老能力较弱等方面分析闽侯县农村家庭养老存在问题的成因，据此提出推进农村社会经济快速发展、增强中华传统文化的影响力、健全农村社会养老保障体系、强化老年人自我养老的能力等优化策略，以缓解人口老龄化给闽侯县农村家庭养老带来的压力，完善社会养老保险的体系。 关键词：农村养老；家庭养老；社会保障  Abstract：At present, China is experiencing an accelerated aging of its population.
