Literature research, case analysis and questionnaire survey were used to conduct the research. The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly, venture capital can provide financial and resource support for enterprises, promote the development of enterprise technology innovation. Secondly, venture capital can enhance the innovation consciousness and innovation culture of enterprises, and improve the innovation ability of enterprises. Thirdly, venture capital is conducive to cooperation between enterprises and external innovation resources, and promotes the rapid upgrading of technology. Fourthly, venture capital is helpful for enterprises to improve their governance structure and management system, and improve their RD efficiency and innovation success rate.
