• To promote the new direct rout ween PVG to LAX is one of the biggest exercise of Delta Air Lines hina this
year. To achieve the business objective of engage flyers to Los Angeles, we have developed the digital
activation to raise awareness and ticket booking of the new route. All rounded communications were delivered to
support this new rou aunch n.
• To create desire and interest in L.A. as a destination and resonate with flyer that Delta understands their
aspirations. We celebrating their moments in L.A. Therefore Delta is the airl hat takes your L.A. moment and
make it real. We’ve brought L.A. closer to Shanghai by turning popular locations in SH into their digital ogues in
L.A.
• In the 4 weeks n, we announced the location where you can make your L.A. moment with hints weekly. In
total, four locations will be announced throughout the promotion.
