Handling Instructions on The Cutter for Rebar Cutter/Bender 1. Replacing or fl ipping over the cutter (1) Preparation before removal of the cutter 1 Lightly pull the switch to slowly activate the upper cutter. When the hexagon socket bolt securing the upper cutter appears outside the cam cover, release the switch to cut the motor. 2Unplug the power cord from the receptacle.
