小型自动清扫机器人设计 摘 要 随着社会的进步，家用自主式移动机器人的研究得到了很大的发展。许多应用于军 用机器人上的成功技术已经使用于民用机器人中。自动清扫机器人属于服务机器人，世 界各国尤其是发达国家正致力于研究开发和广泛运用服务机器人，中国许多高等学府在 这方面的研究也取得了不错的成果。如果自动清扫机器人具有优良的性价比，那么这个 产品将具有广阔的市场前景。 本文在比较了国内外多种家用机器人产品的基础上，提出家庭清扫机器人整体设计 方案。介绍了清扫机器人的各个组成部分，侧重介绍了自动清扫机器人的行走机构部分 和吸尘部分。最后通过查阅相关设计手册，并对所设计的自动清扫机器人进行各部分的 校核，结果表明能达到家用自动清扫机器人的设计要求。 关键字：清扫机器人；行走机构；吸尘机构；电源。 第 页 Abstract Along with the social progress, the home study of autonomous mobile robot has been a great development. Used in many military robots on the successful technology has been used in a civilian robot. If the rate of quality and price of the cleaning robot is highly enough ,the market of the cleaning robot would be prospered.
