充盈指数对透水混凝土性能的影响研究 摘 要： 采用2.36~4.75、4.75~9.5、9.5~13.2 mm 这3 种单一粒级碎石作为粗骨料，分别制备了0.8、0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2 这5 个充盈指 数的透水混凝土，研究了充盈指数对不同粒级的透水混凝土力学性能和透水性能的影响规律。结果表明：随着透水混凝土充盈 指数增大，其抗压与抗折强度增大，而孔隙率和透水系数则减小；在同等充盈指数下，粗骨料粒径越小，其抗压与抗折强度越 大，而孔隙率和透水系数则越小，同时回归出的线性方程表明了不同充盈指数下各粒径粗骨料对透水混凝土力学性能与透水 性能的影响差异规律；综合考虑后认为制备透水混凝土时充盈指数为应设定为0.9 。对透水混凝土配合比设计和实际工程应用 有一定的指导意义。 关键词： 透水混凝土；充盈指数；骨料粒径；力学性能；透水性能 中图分类号： TU528.01 文献标志码： A 文章编号： 1002-3550 （2019）04-0145-05 a a，b a a a a CHEN Qian ，CHEN Xiao ，WANG Jie ，YAN Ziru ，ZHENG Yunbo ，ZHENG Yi （a.School of Materials Science and Engineering； b.State Key Laboratory of Silicate Materials for Architecture ，Wuhan University of Technology，Wuhan 430070 ，China） Ab stract:In this experiment ，three kinds of single size gravels 2.36~4.75 mm ，4.75~9.5 mm and 9.5~13.2 mm were used as coarse aggregate to prepare pervious concrete with filling index of 0.8 ，0.9，1.0，1.1 and 1.2.The influence of filling index on the mechanical properties and water permeability of pervious concrete with different particle sizes was studied.The results show that as the pervious concrete filling index increases ，its compressive strength and flexural strength increase ，while the porosity and water permeability decrease. Under the same filling index ，as the coarse aggregate particle size decreases ，the compressive strength and flexural strength increase ，while the porosity and water permeability decrease.The fitted linear equations show the different rules of the effect of coarse aggregate with various particle sizes on the mechanical properties and water permeability of pervious concrete under different filling index.Through comprehensive consideration ，the filling
