课程内容：这门课程介绍材料热力学的基础原理和理论，如熵、焓、自由能、热力学三
大定律、系统的平衡、相变、化学反应、混合、冷却等等。统计力学也会涉及一些内容

及表面现象等等。同时还将突出这些基础热力学知识在空调、电池、海水淡化、冶金等
方面的实际应用。
This course introduces the fundamental concepts/theories on the thermodynamics of
materials, from the basic concepts of enthalpy, entropy, free energy, and the basic laws of
thermodynamics, to the behaviors of the systems including equilibrium, phase
transformation, chemical reactions, mixing, cooling etc. Statistic thermodynamics is also
