第 第 PAGE 1 页 共 NUMPAGES 1 页 158例药品不良反应报告分析 [摘要] 目的：为了了解药品不良反应发生的特点及规律，促进临床合理用药。方法：收集分析我院2005年1月～2010年6月各科室上报的药品不良反应（ADR）158例。结果：158例药品不良反应中，男75例，女83例。中老年人发生率最高，占52.53％。给药途径以静脉给药最多。主要不良反应症状为消化系统损害及皮肤损害。在不良反应轻重程度上，轻度者占76.8%，中度占22.4％，重度占0.8％。发生不良反应的患者转归较好，其中75.8％者治愈。24.2％的患者经采取有效措施后好转，无死亡病例。结论：加强药品不良反应监测、分析、总结、信息传播，为临床有效、安全、合理用药提供参考。  [关键词] 药品不良反应 分析 合理用药  [中图分类号] R969.3[文献标识码] C[文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）02（b）-108-02  Analysis of 158 cases of adverse drug reactions  ZHANG Yanmei, DU Xiaojun  (Department of Pharmacy, Zhumadian First People's Hospital, He'nan Province, Zhumadian 463000, China)  [Abstract] Objective: To understand the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reactions, and promote rational use of drug. Methods: Collected and analysized 158 cases adverse drug reactions (ADR) of our hospital from January 2005 to June 2010. Results: In 158 cases of adverse drug reactions, there were 75 cases men and 83 cases women. Highest incidence in the elderly, in the percent of 52.53 were the elderly. The most of the routes of administration were intravenous. The main symptoms of adverse drug reactions were damages to the digestive system and skin. On the severity of adverse reactions, in the percent of 76.8 were the mild and the percent of 22.4 were the moderate and the percent of 0.8 were the severe. The patients with adverse reactions have better outcomes, 75.8% of them were cured, 24.2% of patients improved by taking effective measures with no deaths. Conclusion: Strengthening the monitoring, analyze and summarize the information dissemination of adverse drug reactions to provide reference for clinically effective, safe and rational use of drugs.  [Key words] Adverse drug reactions; Analysis; Rational use drugs  我国于2004年颁布实施了《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》，我院2005年开始对药品不良反应（ADR）实行了报告。现对我院上报的ADR报告表进行回顾性分析，以引起临床医护人员对ADR的重视，为临床合理用药提供参考。  1 资料与方法  收集我院2005年1月～2010年6月各科室上报的ADR有效报告158份，按患者性别、年龄、引发ADR的药品种类、给药途径、ADR类型及临床表现等进行统计分析。  2 结果
