Methods: 395 cases of 41 clinical departments were randomly chosen to be analyzed. Results: Chinese medicine injections were used in 205 cases, the utilization rate was 51.90%. 141 cases of the 205 were unreasonable, occupying 68.78%. Investigation of the unreasonable use of Chinese medicine injections was undertook, including whether Chinese Medicine Injections were used, indication, dosage and period of treatment, dissolvent choice, incompatibility, administration route and so on. Conclusion: There are something wrong with the clinical use of Chinese medicine injections, and the level of the rational clinical use of Chinese medicine injections has to be raised higher.  [Key words] Chinese Medicine Injection; Unreasonable use; Analysis  中药注射剂的出现,是中医临床治疗危急重症的一种较好的速效剂型,有着快速、高效的特点,为临床治疗疾病提供了更多的选择。但由于中药注射剂原料成分的复杂性,中药材品种、产地、采收季节不同而造成所含成分的不确定性,以及制备工艺和分析技术的不规范性,质量标准可控性较差等原因,目前中药注射剂的使用还存在着安全风险,有待进一步探索和提高。为此,某院对全院临床科室中药注射剂的使用情况进行专项检查,分析该院中药注射剂使用的合理性,以期为临床安全使用中药注射剂提供科学依据。  1 资料与方法  1.1 一般资料  收集某三级甲等医院2008～2009年中药注射剂使用情况专项检查。本次专项检查时间为2008年12月24日～2009年1月14日,抽查全院41个临床科室的在院病例,共395份。  1.2 方法  临床药师每天对2～4个临床科室的病例进行抽查,平均每个科室随机抽取10例,抽查病例住院时间均≥3 d。使用统一的调查表,除科室、患者基本信息外
