总承包工程测量管理办法 2 中交一航局总承包工程分公司 工程测量管理办法 1 总则 1.1 目的 为了规范分公司在工程施工过程中的测量管理工作，深入贯彻落实《施工技术及工程质量管理标准汇编》及《项目管理标准化手册》中的有关规定，特制定本管理办法。 1.2 主要内容与适用范围 本办法规定了分公司测量管理工作的基本要求，包括工程原始控制基点(包括平面控制网和高程控制网)的提供及复核、施工基线(施工平面控制网)、施工水准点(施工高程控制网)的设置及使用、施工主要测量放线、沉降位移观测点的设置及观测、测量仪器的采购与管理、测量人员的管理等内容。 本办法适用于分公司承建的所有工程项目的测量管理工作。 2 管理职责 2.1 分公司总工程师主管分公司的工程测量管理工作。 2.2 分公司工程安质部是工程测量管理的归口部门，负责分公司测量管理工作的组织实施。 2.3分公司工程安质部负责协调和调配各项目部的测量仪器。 2.4 项目部技术负责人主管本项目的测量管理工作，负责建立项目部的工程测量管理部门和相关测量管理制度。 2.5 项目部测量主管负责具体实施各项工程测量工作。 3 主要管理内容及要求 3.1 测量仪器采购 3.1.1 项目部应根据所需购买的测量仪器，提交购买测量仪器的书面报告。 system construction, on the planning and design of the platform, ensure clear functional distinction, develop clear direction, 1 focusing on the development characteristics of the industry and professional incubator.
