汽车电动座椅仿真分析 毕业设计(论文) 摘 要 目前国内汽车座椅基本是一种固定的姿势，人长时间保持一种相对稳定的坐姿很容易疲劳，从而提高乘客舒适度。 为了寻找一种比较好的方案,本人搜索众多资料,发现对于可以调节的电动座椅研究,国内发现尚少。尤其在目前,国内市场上所见电动座椅大多出现在进口汽车上。本文提出的电动座椅设计构思方案,希望能够给国内汽车行业提供一种思路。本方案是一种机械设计制造学、人体工程学与电子技术相结合的可八个方向调节的电动座椅。 方案的思路就是电动座椅是利用电动机的动力来调整座椅前后的位置和靠背的倾斜度,自动适应不同体型的驾驶员与乘员的乘坐舒适性要求。电动座椅能满足便利性和舒适性,驾驶员通过按键操纵,既可以将座椅调整到最佳的位置上,以获得最好视野,得到易于操纵方向盘、脚踏板、变速杆等操纵件的便利,还可以获得舒适和最习惯的乘坐角度。 由于座椅是与人接触最密切的部件,能够直接影响人们对汽车性能的感受。因此,电动座椅是直接影响轿车质量的关键部件之一。这就需要对电动座椅的结构进行充分的考虑和设计。 关键词: 汽车;电动座椅;仿真;人体工程学 I 毕业设计(论文) Abstract The basic domestic car seat is a fixed posture, prolonged sitting position to maintain a relatively stable easy fatigue, thereby enhancing passenger comfort.
