Research on Stock Rationalization of Chain Retail Enterprises Abstract For chain retail enterprises, inventory is the lifeblood of the enterprise, which occupies a large amount of working capital. The quality of inventory management affects the capital chain of the enterprise, and then affects the benefit of the enterprise. Therefore, the management of inventory is closely related to the operational capacity of the enterprise. Only the reasonable stock quantity can occupy the enterprise liquidity fund as little as possible, make the enterprise have enough funds to develop the market and expand the scale. The purpose of this paper is to study the stock rationalization of chain retail enterprises. The first is to make clear the significance of inventory and the importance of inventory rationalization, the second is to analyze the sales and inventory status of supermarkets, to find out the reasons for enterprises to expand inventory and the harm of goods surplus caused by inventory expansion, by using for reference the inventory management methods of foreign famous retail chain enterprises, the paper puts forward a plan to realize the rationalization of inventory.
