DESCRIPTION FEATURES
The JW® H5125C is a current mode monolithic 4.5V to 65V operating input range
buck switching regulator. Operating with an input 5A output current
range of 4.5V~65V, the JWH5125C delivers 5A of 0.8V ±1% internal voltage reference
continuous output current with an integrated high Adjustable switching frequency
side N-Channel MOSFET. At light loads, the Adjustable UVLO and hysteresis
regulator operates in low frequency to maintain Current run-away protection
high efficiency. Current mode control provides Short circuit protection
tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle Thermal protection
current limit. Available in ESOP8 package
