高压液压实验台设计 DESIGN OF HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULIC TEST BENCH PAGE II 摘 要 液压支架安全阀作为一种安全保护用阀,用于控制立柱内的压力不超过规定值。当设备内的乳化液压力超过规定值时,安全阀自动开启向系统外排放乳化液来降低压力,对人身安全和设备运行起重要保护作用。因此,开展此类安全阀性能试验台的研究具有极其重要的意义。本文的这个课题高压液压实验台设计就是围绕液压支架,按照国家标准进行高压实验台设计,确定了以油泵站为动力源的快速加载方式,设计了实验台液压系统,对主要液压元件进行了设计及选型,并设计了电气控制系统,采用基于虚拟仪器的数据采集系统,编制LabVIEW数据采集程序,以完成对安全阀前压力、流量的检测,实现了数据的采集、实时显示、存储及数据分析。该实验台主要应用于高压的液压元件实验,最大的压力达到50MPa,可以进行矿山顶板来压的模拟实验。 该论文有图12幅,表8个,参考文献20篇。 关键词 液压支架;被试安全阀;虚拟仪器;高压实验台 Abstract Hydraulic support safety valve as a safety protection valve, used to control the pressure inside the column does not exceed the specified value. When the emulsion pressure within the device exceeds the specified value, the safety valve automatically open to the system outside the discharge of emulsion to reduce the pressure on personal safety and equipment play an important role in the protection. Therefore, the development of such safety valve performance test bench is of great significance. In this paper, the design of high-pressure hydraulic test bed is designed around the hydraulic support, according to the national standard for high-pressure test-bed design to determine the pump station as the power source of the rapid loading method, the design of the hydraulic system, the main hydraulic components were designed And the design of the electrical control system, based on the virtual instrument data acquisition system, the preparation of LabVIEW data acquisition process to complete the safety valve before the pressure, flow detection, to achieve the data collection, real-time display, storage and data analysis. The experimental bench is mainly used in high-pressure hydraulic components experiment, the maximum pressure of 50MPa, can be carried out by the roof to simulate the simulation.
