美的电器的战略规划与财务行为研究 摘要 随着社会经济的发展，企业作为经济运行的基本单元，科学合理的企业战略规划及财务行为是企业生存和发展的必要条件，也是保证企业能够顺利盈利和经营的前提与基础，因此企业的战略规划和财务行为研究成为目前极重要的课题。而家电电器行业是广大人民生活中不可忽视的一环，家电类企业的发展与成长与我们息息相关。因此，对于家电类行业企业的战略规划及财务研究有利于家电类企业营造安全、规范企业环境，提升产品品质保证，提升企业形象，增强竞争力。 本论文首先对本文研究背景、意义与思路进行了说明，然后在对美的电器公司介绍的基础上，通过SWOT分析来分析企业的战略规划。接着从美的电器公司投资决策行为、筹资决策行为以及利润分配行为三方面来详细阐述美的电器的财务行为，进行了深入剖析，总结评价了其财务行为。 关键词： 美的电器；战略规划；财务行为 Abstract With the development of social economy, the enterprise is the basic unit of economic operation, scientific and reasonable enterprise strategic planning and financial behavior is a necessary condition for the survival and development of enterprises, but also to ensure that enterprises can smoothly and profitability of the premise and foundation, so the study of strategic planning and corporate financial behavior has become a very important topic at present.
