超声波检测技术在焊管质量控制中的应用 摘要 本毕业设计的课题是焊管焊缝超声波探伤测试。主要任务是掌握焊管制造流程和焊接缺陷及其产生原因的基础上，研究超声波探伤技术在焊管焊缝探伤检测中的应用，并给出焊缝返修的具体方案。 超声无损检测是在现代工业生产中应用的非常广泛的一种无损检测方法，它对于提高产品的质量和可靠性有着重要的意义。本文首先针对波无损检测技术进行理论研究，简明扼要的介绍了超声波无损检测技术的研究意义和发展现状,超声波无损检测技术是当前一种较先进的检测技术,应用领域更广,适用范围更宽。然后细致的分析了超声波无损检测技术的工作原理特性，基于超声波的优良特性，和传播机理，进行器件或工程的无损检测。 针对给定的焊管焊缝，通过实验检测该焊缝的缺陷。同时给出了现场探伤、缺陷定位和长度测量的具体方法，并通过GB11345-89标准对试验中检测到的缺陷进行了等级评定并得出了检测工艺卡。 关键词：焊管 ; 焊缝 ; 超声波探伤 ; 超声波TOFD焊缝检测。 Abstract The subject of the paper is Ultrasonic Inspection Test of Steel Welding seam. The main task is to learn the utility of ultrasonic testing technology butt welding joint flaw detection for pressure vessel, based on mastering the manufacturing procedure of process equipment and the causes of welding defects, and the concrete plan of the weld repairing is described in this paper. As a kind of NDT(Non-Destructive Testing)，UT (Ultrasonic Testing) is widely used in modern industry, which plays a very important role in improving the quality and the reliability of product.This paper according to wave nondestructive testing technology fortheoretical study, brief introduction ultrasonic nondestructive testingtechnology research and development present situation, the ultrasonicnondestructive testing technology is a kind of advanced detection technology, application scope, more extensive more wide. Then a detailed analysis ofultrasonic nondestructive testing technology based on the working principle, characteristics. Selecting of check block and test-components debugging of equipment , common problems and solving methods in field testing are introduced in this paper Besides the methods of field testing, defect locating and length measuring are also diven. And then the rating tests is made through the GB11345-89 standards. In the end the testing process card is given.
