大学本科专业培养方案课程教学大纲 编 码：ME06059 Code: ME06059 课程名称：车身CAD技术 Course Title: CAD Technique for Vehicle Body 课程类别：专业选修 Course category: Elective Courses in Specialty 学 分：2 Credit(s): 2 开课单位：机械与运载工程学院 Offering College/School: College of Mechanical Vehicle Engineering 课程描述： 本课程是车辆工程专业的专业选修课程，以汽车车身结构、汽车制造工艺学、画法几何和工程制图等为前导课程，为汽车车身结构设计打下基础。车身CAD技术是车身开发的基础性应用技术，是现代车身开发工程技术人员必须掌握的基本技术。通过本课程学习，使学生掌握车身CAD设计的一般过程和要求，自由曲线、曲面的基本概念，曲线和曲面连续性的概念，自由曲线、曲面的创建方法，曲面光顺方法，曲面的分块和光滑拼接，曲面质量的检查，典型车身曲面的建模方法（如保险杠，方向盘等），典型车身结构件的建模方法（如纵梁结构件）。每次授课时都结合车身设计的实际案例进行教学，增加学生的实际操作机会，并使学生能熟练运用三维CAD软件建立车身CAD模型，具备较好的动手能力。 Course description: This course is a professional optional course of vehicle engineering. It takes the automotive body structure, automobile manufacturing technology, descriptive geometry, and engineering drawing as the leading courses to lay the foundation for the car body structure design. Vehicle body CAD technology is the basic application technology for vehicle body development, and it is the basic technology that must be mastered by modern car development engineers and technicians. Through this course, students can master the general process and requirements of car body CAD design, the basic concept of free curve and surface, the concept of curve and surface continuity, the method of creating free curve and surface, surface smoothing method, the partitioning and smooth stitching of surfaces, and checking of surface quality, modeling methods for typical car body surfaces (such as bumper, steering wheel, etc.), modeling methods for typical body structures (such as rail structures).
