固定套冲压工艺制定及模具设计 摘要:冷冲压是塑性成型的根本方法之一，它利用冲模在压床上对金属〔或 非金属〕板料施加压力使其别离或变形从而得到一定形状并满足一定使用要求 零件的加工方法，通常在常温下进行所以称冷冲压。冷冲压有生产率高，质量 稳定，较高的精度，操作方便，材料利用率高等优点。 本篇毕业设计首先针对固定套的几何外形尺寸、使用性能、生产规模、经 济性及变形特点等方面分析其冲压工艺，然后对几种可能的工艺方案进行比 拟，从优选择合理工艺方案并计算排样、冲裁力、选择压力机及标准件规格与 各工序模工作局部尺寸及精度；对并落料模、拉深模、冲孔模、翻边模以及切 边模的零部件的设计以及装配图进行了详细的说明。 关键词：、固定套，落料，拉深，冲孔，翻边，切边，工艺计算，模具设 计 The Stamp Processes Basketry and Mold Design for the fixed set Abstract: The cold stamping is one of plastic formation essential methods, which using dies in presses on (either nonmetallic) the sheet infliction pressure separate or distort to obtain certain shape to the metal and satisfy certain operation requirements components of the processing.
