早期关怀住院模式在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的应用评价 [摘要] 目的 評价在结直肠癌手术患者护理中早起关怀住院模式的应用效果及价值。 方法 方便选取该医院2016年1月—2017年8月收治的拟实施结直肠癌手术的106例患者，采用简单随机化方法分为常规组和试验组，均实施常规护理模式干预，后者另给予早期关怀住院模式干预。对比护理前后心理痛苦程度、住院期间的诊疗配合度，并评价患者对护理人员的满意率。 结果 护理后2组各项心理痛苦评分均显著降低，试验组[（29.9±3.3）分、（10.1±3.0）分、（51.3±5.0）分、（3.0±0.5）分、（120.1±9.3）分]均低于常规组[（21.4±3.1）分、（15.6±3.2）分、（60.7±5.2）分、（4.2±0.8）分、（132.1±8.7）分]，差异有统计学意义（t=13.667、9.128、9.486、9.260、6.860， P=0.000 [关键词] 早期关怀住院模式；结直肠癌；心理痛苦；配合度；满意度 [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）08（a）-0136-03 Application of Early Care Hospitalization Model in Nursing Care of Patients with Colorectal Cancer Surgery WEI Ying-tian Department of Gastrointestinal Hepatobiliary， the Third People’s Hospital of Jinan， Jinan， Shandong Province， 250132 China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect and value of early care and hospitalization in the care of patients with colorectal cancer.
