华北理工大学轻工学院 Qing Gong College North China University of Science and Technology 毕业设计说明书 设计题目：设计一座年产 150 万吨良坯氧气转炉炼钢车间 学生姓名：马勇蕾 学 号 ：201124090413 专业班级： 11 冶金 4 班 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师：贾雅楠 2015 年 06 月 01 日 摘 要 摘 要 本设计为设计一座年产 150 万吨的氧气转炉炼钢车间， 主要产品是低碳钢和 薄板坯。设计包括车间生产规模，各主要系统，方案的选择和确定。车间主要设 备的计算与确定，以及先进技术的选择和利用等。 本设计的重点是车间的主要系统的方案确定。 包括铁水供应系统， 散装料供 应系统，铁合金供应系统，铁水预处理系统，烟气净化系统，炉外精炼系统，浇 注系统，炉渣处理系统等。 这些方案都是经过比较而确定的较合理的设计方案， 并且采用了国内外的先 进技术。本设计主要包括转炉炉型计算、氧枪计算、烟气净化系统计算及选择、 炉外精炼的设备选择、 车间设备的计算以及各跨间的布置， 还包括连铸生产能力 和车间各部分的尺寸。另外本设计还采用了许多新技术，如：溅渣护炉技术、铁 水镁基预脱硫技术等，这些技术均已达到国际先进水平。 关键词 : 60 吨氧气顶吹转炉；车间设计；系统。 -I- Abstract Abstract This design is a steel-making plant with two sets of oxygen converters of 200 tons, which can produce three point five million tons of casting blank per year. It consist of the plant scale choosing and ensuring main system, the calculation and ensuring of the main equipment, and also including some new technology. The importance of the design is conforming the main system of the plant, including the system molten iron provided, the providing system of laxity, the providing system of ferroalloy, pretreatment of molten iron, the cleaning system ,the treatment system of slag and so on. Compared with other schemes, these methods are quite adaptable to this design and they are advanced technologies in the world.
