全身超低温冷冻对专业运动员高强度训练后肌肉功能恢复的影响 The effect of whole-body cryotherapy on recovery of muscle function following an intensity training session in professional athletes 摘要: Abstract: 目的:观察全身超低温冷冻治疗( whole-body cryotherapy,WBC )对高 强度专项训练后肌肉损伤程度、运动能力相关指标和疼痛感的影响。 Objective: To investigate the effect of whole-body cryotherapy (WBC) on recovery of anaerobic exercise capacity, extent of muscle damage and pain sensation following an intensity training session in professional athletes. 方法:采用随机对照交叉试验设计, 17 名专业田径运动员在赛前训练阶 段选择随机完成两次试验,在计划相同的高强度专项训练后 4h 分别接 受 1 次 WBC治疗(温度为 -110 ±10℃,时间持续 3min)或室温对照条件 休息(温度为 22~23℃,持续时间相同),两次试验间隔 1 周。测试训 练前、 WBC治疗或室温对照处理前和后即刻,次日训练前的血清尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酸激酶( CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST) 水平和疼痛感, 以及训练前和次日训练前的最大无氧功率和平均无氧功 率。 Method: A randomized, controlled and crossover design was used and seventeen male athletes from track and field events with similar body mass index were randomly exposed to two different conditions separated by 7 days. One was WBC condition with 3 minutes at -110 ±10°C 4h after an intensity training session and the other was control condition with rest in room temperature of 22~23℃ and same duration. The levels of serum BUN, CK, LDH, AST and pain sensation before training session(T0, as baseline), before(T1) andimmediately after(T2) WBC or condition, and before training session next day morning(T3), maximal anaerobic power and average anaerobic power before training session(T0) and training session next day morning(T3) were determined. 结果:( 1)WBC治疗显著降低次日训练前的 CK和 LDH水平( P0.05, P0.05),和试验后即刻的自主疼痛感( P0.01);(2)WBC治疗显著 提高了次日训练前的最大功率和最大功率 / 体重( P0.05,P0.05)。 Results: Compared to control condition, WBC significantly decreased the level of serum CK and LDH in the following day morning(P0.05 , P0.05), and pain sensationimmediately after the WBC(P0.01).
