Reducing the assembling defect rate of TB rear half axle spindle head nuts;Our company is located in WuHan, a beautiful city in HuBei province, which was founded in 1992, with 21 years’ history. In our company, there are two brands which are Dongfeng Peugeot and Dongfeng Citroen, 12 types of vehicles. For long time, DPCA has persevered in improving the technology of its product, with its key strategies to develop innovation ability as the core competitive force of an enterprise,and have always considered the customers as the only judges for the product and service.;The TB rear half axle line is specified for the production of the rear wheel hub assemblies for Dongfeng Peugeot 307,308,408 and Dongfeng Citroen C-Quatre. The wheel hub assembly is a critical component of the TB-series rear half axles And the driving system to control the vehicles; it is consisted of the brake disc, magnetic coil induction, bearings, circlips and spindle head nuts, among which the spindle head nut is a part of the rear wheel hub assembly.;;;Our investigation on defects in TB rear axles for 16 weeks in 2012 had revealed 163 defects of 5 categories, among which the assembling defect of spindle head nut took 83% of the defect pool. ;The frequent occurrence of such defects would severally affect the production progress, for the on-line repair of a single spindle head nut defect would take 5 minutes. ;; ;Our statistics suggested that the 483 assembling defects of spindle head nuts fell into four categories:A. Nut extrusion defect; B. Nut tightening alarm defect; C. Nut pre-tightening defect; D. Other defects. Among these defects were 412 extrusion defects, which took 85% of the total defects.;Data analysis: Liu Mingxing Hexiaojing;current;4. Cause Analysis;NO.;validation ;NO;validation;;On 25th of May, we had done statistic of hydraulic gauge of pressure rear axle spindle head nut, we find that the hydraulic pressure of equipment is in the nominal range.
