PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 \t /online/2020041112/15873613269191608/htmls/detail_report/right 同伴关系在儿童的成长过程中发挥着关键的作用, \t /online/2020041112/15873613269191608/htmls/detail_report/right 不仅符合儿童社会发展的各种需要,而且还是取得良好人际关系的重要来源,是否能对儿童形成良好的社会适应及健全未来人格很大一部分原因是取决于同伴关系。本研究利用访谈法、问卷法,对龙岩上杭附属小学学生的同伴关系进行调查和研究,发现小学生的学业成绩对同伴关系不存在显著的影响,个别小学生同伴交往存在孤僻任性、自我中心和攻击行为。导致这些问题有小学生自身、家庭和学校等方面的原因。为了改善小学生同伴关系现状,教师应该引导学生加强对自我的认识,培养小学生良好的个性,注重交往技能的培养;家长发挥榜样作用,指导孩子正确交往;建立家校联结系统,共同塑造一个良好的同伴交往环境,促进学生同伴关系的良好发展。 关键词:小学生;同伴关系;对策 Abstract Peer relationship plays a key role in childrens growth. It not only meets the needs of childrens social development, but also is an important source of good interpersonal relationship,Whether it can form good social adaptation and perfect future personality for children depends largely on peer relationship. In this study, the methods of interview and questionnaire were used to investigate and study the peer relationship of primary school students affiliated to shanghang, longyan. It was found that the academic performance of primary school students had no significant impact on the peer relationship, and some of them were solitary, egocentric and aggressive in peer communication. These problems are caused by pupils themselves, their families and schools. In order to improve the status of peer relationship among primary school students, teachers should guide students to strengthen their understanding of themselves, cultivate their good personality, and pay attention to the cultivation of communication skills. Parents play the role of role model, guide children to communicate correctly; Establish a home-school connection system, jointly shape a good peer communication environment, promote the good development of student peer relations.
