第 第 PAGE 34 页 小学语文课堂奖励研究 摘要: 课堂奖励是小学语文课堂上发挥积极作用的重要机制之一。课堂奖励有助于提高学生学习的积极性、培养学生对学科的兴趣以及对教师的正面情绪,有利于学生智力、品德等多方面发展。小学语文课堂奖励的现状如下:部分教师可以运用的很好,奖励前能认真计划,实施时能严格按照标准进行,奖励过后会根据效果积极反思总结。但还有一部分教师在认知方面和运用奖励机制的能力和经验方面仍需改进。本次研究以宿迁市S小学为例,通过问卷调查法、观察法等研究方法发现课堂奖励中存在的问题有:奖励范围窄、奖励不公开不公平、奖励标准不清楚、奖励方式单一、奖励频次过低或过高、奖励缺乏时效性、奖励效果不好等。分析出其主要原因有:教师对奖励缺乏正确认知和计划、教师教学观念的偏差、教师制定标准时缺乏民主、教师缺乏经验、缺乏实践等。为了避免这些问题,提高课堂奖励的效果,策略有:教师不断提升自身能力、做好奖励前的准备工作、制定好奖励的标准并严格执行、多积累经验多实践、尊重关注每一位学生、多反思并不断改进;学校多组织培训,并与家长沟通协作。 关键词: 小学生 语文课堂 课堂奖励 Study on the Chinese classroom rewards in primary schools Abstract: Classroom reward is one of the important mechanisms to play a positive role in primary school Chinese class. Classroom rewards are conducive to improving students' learning enthusiasm, cultivating their interest in the subject and positive emotions towards teachers, and are conducive to the development of students' intelligence and moral character. The current situation of Chinese classroom rewards in primary school is as follows: Some teachers can make good use of it. Before the reward, they can make a careful plan. When the reward is implemented, they can strictly follow the standards. However, some teachers still need to improve their cognitive skills and the ability and experience of using the reward system. This study took S primary school in suqian city as an example, through questionnaire survey, observation and other research methods, the author finds that there are some problems in classroom rewards, such as narrow reward scope, unpublicized and unfair reward, unclear reward standard, single reward method, too low or too high reward frequency, lack of timeliness and poor reward effect. The main reasons are as follows: teachers' lack of correct recognition and plan of reward, teachers' deviation of teaching concept, teachers' lack of democracy in making standards, teachers' lack of experience and practice, etc. In order to avoid these problems and improve the effect of classroom rewards, the strategies
