N-Cadherin 与急性 CO 中毒后迟发性脑病大鼠神经损伤相关性
研究
摘 要
背景
过量的一氧化碳(CO )气体被人体吸收,不仅会引起急性致命性中毒,还可能
引起急性 CO 中毒后迟发性脑病(delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide
poisoning ,DEACMP )的发生。脱髓鞘神经损伤是该病的主要病理表现之一,也是本
病预后不佳的重要原因。有报道称 N-Cadherin 或其相关信号通路可以影响少突胶质
细胞的迁移,从而导致脱髓鞘神经损伤修复受阻。说明,N-Cadherin 或其相关信号通
