PAGE 10 我国中小企业员工激励机制研究——以X公司为例 摘 要 随着我国市场经济的不断发展,中小企业对其的贡献也越来越大,中小企业在满足市场需求、培养我国企业人才、提供就业岗位、推动技术创新等方面都起到了至关重要的作用,现代企业的竞争归结于人才的竞争,人才是企业的内部资源,是企业核心竞争力,只有人才内的有效竞争才能引导企业外部竞争的有效性,但是随着市场经济的持续发展,中小企业的弊端也逐渐凸显。因此,建立有效的激励机制关系着企业的长期生存与发展。本文就针对得公司激励现状及问题,提出相应对策并完善的人力资源激励机制以加强企业凝聚力,提高员工整体素质,从根本上推动企业的长远发展,同时也希望这一研究能给其他中小型企业及研究项目提供借鉴。 关键词:中小企业;激励机制;人力资源 A study on the employee incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises in China -- Taking Company X as an example ABSTRACT With the continuous development of China's market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have made more and more contributions to it. Small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role in meeting market demand, training talents, providing jobs, promoting technological innovation, etc. the competition of modern enterprises is attributed to the competition of talents, who are the internal resources of enterprises and the core competitiveness of enterprises, Only the effective competition within talents can guide the effectiveness of external competition, but with the continuous development of market economy, the disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises are gradually prominent. Therefore, the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism is related to the long-term survival and development of enterprises. According to the current situation and problems of the company's incentive, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and perfect human resource incentive mechanism to strengthen the cohesion of the enterprise, improve the overall quality of employees, and fundamentally promote the long-term development of the enterprise. At the same time, it hopes that this research can provide reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises and research projects.
