E形卡片冲裁模模拟仿真设计
摘要
模具设计即成型加工是现代工业生产中应用广泛的质优、高效、低耗、适应性很强的生产技术,是技术含量高、附加值足、使用范围广的新技术,具有很高的社会价值。在现代工业生产中,模具已经广泛应用于电器产品、电子计算机产品、仪表、电器产品与办公设备、汽车、军工、通用机械等产品的生产中。模具水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家制造水平的重要指标,并在极大的程度上决定了产品的质量、效益和新产品的开发能力。随着汽车及轻工业的迅速发展,模具的设计与制造日益受到人们的广泛关注。将现代信息技术(CAD/CAE/CAM)应用于模具设计制造,已经成为制造优质模具的有力保证。这次毕业设计我是利用三维设计软件solidworks对E型卡片的型设计与仿真和视觉表达。将两者进行有机的整合,显示了用信息技术带动与提升工业模具的优越性。

Abstract
Mold design and the forming is production technology in modern industrial production applications extensive quality, efficient, low consumption, strong adaptability, is high technological content and added value, using a wide range of new technology, has very high social value. In modern industrial production, the mold has been widely used in the production of electrical products, electronic products, instrumentation, electrical products and office equipment, automotive, military, general machinery and other products. Die level has become an important indicator to measure a countrys manufacturing level, and to a great extent determines the product quality, efficiency and new product development capabilities. With the rapid development of the automobile and light industry, the design and manufacture of the mould is becoming more and more popular. The modern information technology (CAD/CAE/CAM) applied to die design and manufacturing, has become a strong guarantee for manufacturing high quality mold. This graduation design I was the use of three-dimensional design software E SolidWorks type of card design and simulation and visual expression. The organic integration of the two shows the advantages of using information technology to drive and promote industrial mold
