w e 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目 江苏省财政收支与GDP相互关系的研究 学 院 数学与统计学院 年 级 专 业 统计学 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 职 称 讲师 论文提交日期 年5月17日 w 江苏省财政收支与GDP相互关系的研究 摘要 本文旨在利用协整理论和误差修正模型对江苏省1975-2009年共35年间的财政收支（财政收入和财政支出）与GDP的相互关系进行实证研究，研究发现财政收入和支出均与GDP之间存在长期均衡的协整关系。从误差修正模型看，短期内，江苏省财政收入与GDP存在动态调整机制，由于误差项的存在，可以自动地实现两者之间的长期均衡关系。财政支出与GDP也存在动态调整机制。根据Granger因果关系检验结果，滞后三期时GDP是财政收入的Granger原因，财政收入不是GDP的Granger原因，GDP的增长能引起财政收入的增长；同样滞后三期GDP也是财政支出的Granger原因，财政支出不是GDP的Granger原因。 关键词：财政收入 财政支出 GDP 协整 误差修正模型 The study on the relationship between fiscal revenue, fiscal expenditure and GDP in Jiangsu Abstract This article aims to use co-integration theory and error correction model to make an empirical analysis on the fiscal balance (fiscal revenue and expenditure) and GDP in Jiangsu Province according to data of 35 years from 1975 to 2009. The study finds that there exists a long term co-integration between fiscal revenue and GDP. In light of the error correction model, there exists a dynamic adjustment mechanism between the two in the short term, by which the error correction term automatically brings about their long term equilibrium. Expenditure and GDP dynamic adjustment mechanism also exists. According to Granger causality test results, provincial GDP Granger causes fiscal revenue when lagged three years, not vice versa. The growing of GDP can brings about the growing of fiscal revenue. The relationship of the fiscal expenditure and GDP of Jiangsu is the same.
