PAGE 2011届毕业设计说明书 电源盒注塑模设计 系 、 部： 机械工程系 学生姓名： 谭飞 指导教师： 谭彬 专 业： 材料成型及控制工程 班 级： 成型0803班 完成时间： 2012年5月26日 摘 要 注射成型在整个制造业的生产中占有十分重要的地位。据估计，注射成型的制品约占所有模具塑料制品总产量的三分之一，注射模约占塑料成型模具数量的二分之一以上。注塑模具在模具工业中的重要性显而易见。现在，注塑模具设计和制造中的传统方法早已满足不了现代生产发展的需要。为了赢得竞争、占有市场、可持续发展， 模具生产必须变革传统的生产方法，引进新技术、新思维。 本次的设计主要内容为计算器上盖注塑模的设计。首先获得产品部件的外型实体模型，进行分析,然后利用AUTO2008重画出二维图，用AutoCAD2008完成注塑模具非标准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。设计塑件确定成型方法：（采用注射法）。编写成型工艺；选择成型设备：成型设备的性能、规格、特点；设计模具结构方案；绘制模具装配图和零件图；编写模具制造工艺卡片； 撰写课程设计报告等。通过不断分析改进和修整，使设计达到要求，通过所有检验后，用AutoCAD2008完成注塑模具非标准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。 关键词：注塑模；模具制造；制造工艺 Abstract Injection forming and stamping forming plays an important role in the manufacturing business. By estimate product of injection forming accounts for about one third of the total output of plastics produced by mounding and injection mould accounts for more than a half of plastic formed mould, and blanking die account for about 50% of the gross product of the die industry, therefore, the importance of the injection mauling and blanking die is obvious to see. Now, the traditional way of die designing and manufacture can hardly meet the need of the modern production. In order to win the competition, occupy market and for the sake of persistent development, the industries have to change traditional manufacturing means.
