『健康與體育』課程實施的幾項問題 國立台灣師範大學體育學系 卓 俊 辰 一、前言 1. 培養身心健全的國民 2. 豐富多元的內容涵蓋面廣 3. 充裕的活動課程學習效果佳 4.態度與行為建立宜早最具效力 二、正課身體活動不足 Promoting Better Health For Young People Through Physical Activity and Sports – A Report to the President from the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Education (Fall 2000) All Adolescents should be physically active daily; three or more sessions per week of activities that last at least 20 minutes at a time and that require moderate to vigorous levels of exertion. Children should accumulate at least 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity all days of the week; more than 60 minutes, and up to several hours per day is encouraged; some of activity should be in periods lasting 10 to 15 minutes or more, involving alternating moderate to vigorous activity. School Programs All children, from prekindergarten through grade 12, should participate in quality physical education classes every school day. Healthy People 2010 Participation in physical activity – one of the nation’s 10 leading health indicators. 1. Adolescents: Vigorous physical activity / 3 or more days per week / 20 or more minutes per occasion. 2.
