基于单片机的实时温度测控系统
摘 要
随着社会的进步和工业技术的发展,人们越来越重视温度因素,许多产品对温度范围要求严格,而目前市场上普遍存在的温度检测仪器大都有温度信息传递不及时、精度不够的缺点,不利于工业控制者根据温度变化及时做出决定。在这样的形式下,开发一种实时性高、精度高的测量系统就很有必要。
本设计是一种基于AT89C51单片机的温度测量及控制报警系统,该系统采用DS18B20作为温度采集、监测元件,将采集到的信号送到单片机进行处理,判断是否控制与报警,再将数据送到LCD1602液晶显示屏显示出来,该设计可以设置温度上下限,实时温度高于设置温度上限时,对应的指示灯亮,蜂鸣器报警,实时温度低于设置温度下限时,对应的指示灯亮,蜂鸣器报警。
文中介绍了集成温度传感器DS18B20的原理,AT89C51单片机的功能和应用,以及LCD1602的原理,着重给出了软硬件系统的各部分电路。该系统具有功能强大、结构简单和体积小等优点。
本系统通过proteus仿真软件对系统进行仿真,基本功能已实现,参数满足设计要求。

Abstract
With social progress and the development of industrial technology, there is a growing emphasis on the temperature factor, many products on strict temperature, temperature measurement instruments which currently prevails on the market tend to have do not deliver on time and temperature information disadvantages of imprecision, not conducive to industrial control based on temperature change in time to make a decision. In this situation, develop a real-time measuring system of high precision is very necessary.
The design is based on the AT89C51 single-chip temperature measurement and alarm system, the system uses DS18B20 as the temperature acquisition, monitoring device, the collected signal is sent to the single chip processor, judging whether an alarm, and then the data is sent to the digital tube display, this design can be arbitrarily set temperature alarm limits.
This paper introduces the principle of DS18B20 integrated temperature sensor, AT89C51 MCU function and application, especially given the hardware and software system of each part of circuit. The system has the advantages of novel, powerful, simple structure and small volume etc..
The system is simulated by proteus simulation software, the basic function has been achieved and the parameters meet the design requirements.
