PAGE 基于Delphi的进销存管理系统设计 摘 要 《进销存管理系统》是用Delphi 7开发、设计的可用于企业管理的实用软件，后台数据库开发工具为SQL Server 2000。目前有的小企业在具体的业务流程处理过程中仍然使用手工操作的方式来实施，不仅费时、费力、效率底下，而且无法达到理想的效果。该系统根据企业的特点，集进、销、存于一体，为企业量身定做，可管理企业的货品进货、库存、销售以及市场结算等，本系统关键在于表单和窗口的技术应用和数据库维护、查询、统计及打印等功能的程序实现方法。 本文阐述了《进销存管理系统》的基本原理和功能。整个论文分为5章，包括系统的开发目的意义及开发工具、设计方法及思想、系统的结构及模块功能、使用方法和维护等。该系统结合企业的实际应用而开发的，具有界面友好、操作方便，对计算机及程序运行条件要求不高。本系统可用于实际的企业管理，具有一个企业典型的管理模式。 本管理系统采用面向对象Pascal语言在Delphi 7开发工具和SQL2000数据库管理软件合成编写，可运行于Windows 9X/NT环境中，系统运行可靠、速度快，整个系统具有相当的先进性和实用性。 关键词：数据库 SQL DBMS 面向对象管理 Enters based on Delphi stores and sales management system Abstract: Enters based on Delphi stores and sales management system， a practical software， that can be used in commodity management is designed basing on the language of Delphi 7, the backstage database development kit is SQL Server 2000. This system is based on the characteristics of enterprises, set forward, sell, stored in one Invoicing tailored for the enterprise management software and puts its emphasis on the technique of forms and windows， safeguarding， indexing， finding， counting and printing of database. This paper interprets the principles and functions of this system. It contains seven chapters expounding the needs and used tool of the system， the ideas of designing and art， the structure of the system and function of models， the method of use and protection. The system has feature of practice and is easy to control， it also has good interfaces and running conditions. The system is condition of more than ten models and connection database.
