摘 摘 要 随着改革开放的不断深入，我国集团公司获得了迅猛的发展，我国已经成立了数千 家大型的集团公司。集团公司在提高企业经济效益、增强我国企业国际竞争力、增强国 家综合国力方面起到了举足轻重的作用。但我国集团公司内部管理的发展速度明显滞后 于公司规模的发展速度，特别是财务风险管理方面。集团公司财务风险管理是公司内部 管理控制的核心，对于公司的发展具有决定性的作用。 由于集团公司规模以及自身内部组织结构的特殊性，使得集团公司所面临的财务风 险比一般企业更加复杂。对于集团公司财务风险及其管理的研究一直是管理界的热点问 题，同时也是集团公司面临的共同问题。我国集团公司由于财务风险管理的滞后性，导 致自身的优势不能完全发挥出来，财务风险控制体系的不健全使公司的经营具有更大的 不确定性，严重制约了公司的发展。 本文首先系统分析了集团公司财务风险的概念、内容和特征以及集团公司财务风险 成因，与一般企业的财务风险及其控制进行区分，从而对集团公司财务风险有清晰的了 解。然后进行集团公司财务风险的识别分析，明确集团公司财务风险识别的含义以及内 容，并提出具体的识别方法。接下来进行集团公司财务风险的评价。明确集团公司财务 风险评价的要素，并依据这些要素选取评价变量，并采用科学的方法对评价变量进行筛 选，选取科学的指标对集团公司的财务风险进行评价。最后进行集团公司财务风险的控 制，明确集团公司财务风险控制的概念、内容和特征，并提出具体的财务风险控制措施 帮助集团公司预防和控制财务风险。 关键词；集团公司；财务风险；财务风险管理 AbstractSince Abstract Since the reform and open policy were taken，our group corporations received a rapid development，more than several thousand large—scale group corporations had been established in our country．Group corporations play all important role in improving enterprise economic benefits，enhancing Our enterprise international competitiveness and enhancing our country’S comprehensive strength．However,the development of Our group corporations’internal management is slower than the development of the group corporations’scale,especially financial risk management．The group corporations’financial risk control is the core of company internal management control，which plays a decisive role in group corporations’ development． Because of the difference of t．he group corporations’scale and their internal organization， the group corporations’financial risk control is more complicated than the common enterprise． The research of the group corporations’financial risk control is the hot issue in management area,and it is a common problem for the group corporations．Due to our group corporations’ financial risk management lags behind the development of group corporations，the advantage of group corporations have not yet fully apparent．Because the financial risk system is not perfect，the operation of group corporations has
