摘要:开关柜在保障电力系统安全中起着关键作用。长期的运行,必然会出现超负荷运转、开关老化等现象,而这些现象极易导致设备局部温度升高,出现安全隐患。如果没有及时排除这种隐患,很可能引起设备故障甚至引发火灾,损毁设备进而对工业生产、企业运作造成巨大损失。因此,对开关柜内易出现高温的部分进行实时温度监测具有重要意义。
针对上述问题,本文设计实现了一套开关柜温度在线监测系统。系统采用红外温度传感器TS118-3进行温度信息采集,传感器输出模拟信号经放大滤波处理后送入微控制器单元MSP430F247进行模数转换并完成相应的数据处理。数据处理采用多次测量取平均值的方式,从而减小测量误差。最后被测目标的实时温度一方面通过液晶屏FM1602显示出来,以便工作人员现场查看,另一方面则通过RS232上传至计算机,由上位机软件对其进行分析处理实现远程监测。
本文设计的实时温度监测系统经过实验验证,能实现对被测物体温度的实时监测。

Design of temperature monitoring System based on infrared temperature sensor
Abstract: The switch cabinet plays an important role in keeping the safety of the electricity system. In the long term operation, it will appear equipment overload running or switch aging phenomenon, and these phenomena can easily increase the temperature of the device, and thus incurring hidden danger. If the danger is not promptly eliminated, it is likely to lead to many problems, such as equipment failure, fire disaster, which will damage to industrial production and cause heavy loss. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of temperature of switch cabinet has a great significance.
In view of the above questions, this paper designs and produces a set of on-line monitoring system. The system uses infrared temperature sensor TS118-3 to collect temperature information, and the signal is amplified and filtered processing, then sent to MSP430F247 micro controller unit to complete digital converter and corresponding data processing. Data processing employs the method of measuring many times and taking average to reduce measurement errors. The temperature is displayed by FM1602. The temperature data through RS232 uploaded to the computer, which is analyzed by PC software to realize the remote monitoring.
The real-time temperature monitoring system through experiments, verified that the system achieve real-time monitoring the object.
