ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In the condition that the requirement of fire-power increase and atmospheric environment pollution iS more critical.for the fire.power project which coal fuel mainly,it iS more importance in term oftheory and it has utility value tO study the effect to environment. With atmosphere diffusion and ElA method.the purl:ose of this study jS the effect of fire—power rebuild project tO atmospheric environment improvement.Firstly, present the importance of this study for power requirement with economic development and the power generating character of mainly based fire-power. Secondly,by the analysis of the developmental history and state of environment impact assessment in Chinese and overseas,the problem of the atmosphere diflusion model and parameter in the practical use was presented.Thirdly,to the character of increasing production and decreasing pollution of the fire-power rebuilt project,the study content.method and technology routine presented.nle study content includes the atmosphere pollutant concentration and their eontrast operation at the project site in different time scales.in the condition that the emission of current electronic power plant,continuation section,the whole plant after rebuilding are equal. And the change behavior of the atmosphere pollutant concentration at the project site before and after rebuilding,The study method inelude positive arithmetic,negative arithmetic and conventional arithmetic.Fourthly,with the BaoJi power plant II as a sample.the amaospheric environment improvement effect of tllis project was evaluated bv d俏ferent methods.The result shOWS that the two method of positive arittImetic and negative arithmetic agree better.And if the evaluation precision iS satisfied with the requirement,the negative arithmetie iS better thall positive arithmetic.As a result,only put the idea of clean production into the whole of fire—power project,the purpose of increasing production and decreasing pollution can be attained,and
