·临床研究· 显微镜检查与干化学试纸条检测尿红、白 细胞临床应用探讨 张晓坤 许建邦 刘干辉 关达光 范锅耀 曹予明 【摘要】 目的：探讨用3 种显微镜检查法与 2 种干化学试纸条检测尿红，白细胞的应用价值。 方法：按NCCLS Literature GP16－A的要求收集 1 236 份临床尿液标本，同时用DiaSys R/S 2 003 尿液分析工作站法、非染色尿沉渣镜检法、过筛法和MultistixTM 10 SG, Combur 10 Test® M 两种干化学试纸条法进行分析。结果：3 种镜检方法与 2 种干化学试纸条法符合率约在 50.0％左右， 红细胞与隐血比较，符合率仅为 46.2％～55.2％；白细胞与白细胞酯酶比较，符合仅为 45.0％～53.3 TM ％。Multistix 10 SG 试纸条检测隐血，白细胞酯酶的假阳性率高于Combur 10 Test® M，假阴性 率低于Combur 10 Test® M。结论：干化学法检测尿红、白细胞有相当高假阳性率和假阴性率；进 行尿液分析时应按标准化的要求进行外观/理学，化学，显微镜检查。 【关键词】 尿沉渣显微镜检查；尿干化学检查；红细胞；白细胞 The investigation of the clinical application on the examinations of the urine erythrocytes and leukocytes with the examination of microscope and reagent stripe. [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application worth among three methods of microscope and two methods of reagent stripe. Methods collecting 1 236 cases of clinical urine samples under the requirement of NCCLS Literature GP16-A,Analysis urine RBC and urine WBC with the Diasys R/S 2003 urine sediments analysis workstation (Diasys),non-stain miscroscopic examination (NSME),Filtration examination (FE) and two methods of reagent stripe of MultistixTM 10 SG and combur 10 Test® M.
