AbstractMineral Abstract Mineral resources are not only the requisite for society existence and development but also the base of national economy development．With the rapid increase of national economy,the problem of shortage mineral resources got more obvious，which had affected our strategic target of constructing a well--off society in all round--way．Therefore how to protect national mineral resources and how to relieve the mineral resources limitation became all important problem with which we had to be confronted． Based on Marx Labor Value Theory,the thesis creatively applied鲫pply— demand theory off mineral resources and defined the national mineral resources security from economy perspective，It believed that safety was a status in which mineral resources met the demand of national economy construction and peoples lives in a reasonable price in specified time and specified place．Applying supply-- demand curve，the thesis analyzed the principle of the recovery of destroyed mineral resources safety and probed into the relation between mineral resources and economic growth，thus deduced that the impetus of economic growth was the increase of mineral resources guaranteed degree while the economic growth created advantaged condition for exploiting mineral resources．Using balance price theory,the thesis summarized 21 factors of 3 gradations which affected the national mineral resources security and established the evaluation system of national mineral resources security． Those 21 factor included mineral re,翻3urce$nature condition，mineral resources exploration level，mineral resources comprehensive utilization level，mineral resources utilization efficiency,substituted resources exploration level，mineral resources storage capacity and types，mineral resources availability in aimed places, distance among aimed places，nation reSOurces diplomatic ability,mineral resources enterprises competence，transportation styles and lines of mineral resources,the ability of protecting the
